Event | NESTFANS Open Culture Community Incentive Program
NEST Enthusiast Forum (nestfans.com) is an independent forum initiated by the NEST miners and is the earliest autonomous organization initiated by NEST ecosystem which is founded in July 2019.
In order to better promote the global open source culture, blockchain, game theory, distributed systems, smart contracts in-depth communication and discussion, miners in NEST community, NestNode group, financial product designers, game theory research group launched the global open source culture community incentive program relying on the independence and openness of the NESTFANS brand.
NESTFANS plans to go on practice of open source culture including “Wisdom Library ”, “Technology Library “, “Project Library ”, “Art Library”and “Inheritance Library”.
The first phase will be practiced for 5–10 periods. The subsequent four phases will be developed gradually and the wisdom gathered in the first phase will be categorized in the subsequent phases to achieve more accurate exploration so that the manuscripts subdivided from the “Wisdom Library” to the subsequent phases will be more focused when they are directed to the general researchers.
Design Philosophy of the Five Libraries
Wisdom Library: A wisdom gathering place for the whole society where any blockchain-related high cognitive articles can be gathered here regardless of subdivision categories. The development of any project needs to have ideology and model ideas. So “Wisdom Library” is a comprehensive and more open window of open source culture wisdom.
Technology Library: The ideology and models in the Wisdom Library are the first to focus on the exploration and development of technology. The Technology Library is the tool for the Wisdom Library to realize the models and ideas.
Project Library: This phase has realized project interpretation and practice exploration of the financial products from the technical library and more focus on the time evolution of fintech and the actual needs and intrinsic value generated.
Art Library: Anything can be interpreted from the perspective of art and mathematics itself is also art. When an industry has developed to a booming period, the players inside the product of the Internet protocol algorithm such as Tik Tok have become individual creators. Of course, the word “Art” here means the Art deconstructed by modern individuals. Therefore, this phase will become an abstract stage of thoughtful discussion for the industry to flourish.
Inheritance Library: Wisdom is ultimately to be inherited, this phase and mission will be more to cultivate the new generation of the society and continue to provide fresh blood for the industry and social development.
The Event Theme:
“Wisdom Library” to gather the wisdom of elite scholars from the whole society and contribute the wisdom crystals in blockchain area for the development of community with open source culture.
Scope of Call for Papers: The whole society (online)
Content Requirements:
1、Theoretical or practical manuscripts on blockchain, game theory, distributed systems.
2、Technical manuscripts on Ethereum smart contract.
3、Manuscripts on DeFi product design.
4、Theoretical manuscripts on NEST Protocol deep research kernel.
5、Manuscripts on financial product design based on NEST Protocol as the underlying oracle architecture. (Chinese and English bilingual support)
Content Standards:
1、Impartial, objective and prohibit articles with strong personal ideology.
2、Profoundly reflect the objective facts of the industry and the depth of industry research.
3.、Highlight the essential spirit of blockchain and decentralization.
4、Graphics and text both inside.
Submission Channel: NESTFANS Forum (https://www.nestfans.com/), post a new topic, select the “Wisdom Library” node and mark “NESTFANS Entry” at the bottom of the article.
Prize Setting: (There are four levels)
1、NESTFANS Gold Pencil Award（1 person）with prize of 10000 RMB
2、NESTFANS Silver Pencil Award（1 person）with prize of 6000 RMB
3、NESTFANS Pencil Award（1 person）with prize of 3000 RMB
4、NESTFANS Enthusiast Award （10 persons）with prize of 800 RMB each
The works that win the Gold and Silver Awards will be published with signature on NESTFANS public WeChat and 20 media channels. All these works are copyrighted by NESTFANS.
The “Wisdom Library” will be held once a month, and the last issue will apply for a prize of 50,000–100,000 RMB for a single piece of work to win the “Wisdom Library” Best Work Award. To be eligible for this award, contestants must participate in every issue.

The final interpretation right belongs to the jury of this event.
